Typical perigourdine house. Sleeps 6 in three bedrooms, two with King size double beds and one with two singles. The other rooms include a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, large sitting room with wood burning fire-place, terrace overlooking the garden, swimming pool and a glorious uninterrupted view over the surrounding valleys, a garage with washing machine and dryer and a bergerie used to store the pool furniture.
It is quiet and secluded. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The plot to the right is unbuilt and wooded. Yet it is within the town limits, above teh station and only a few minutes from the centre of Sarlat (there is even a bus stop two minutes walk from the house).
Fresh fruit (cherry and fig) may be picked from the garden in season.
