Located in the Perigord Noir the house is a traditional Perigourdine structure with thick stone walls and steep roof. It is located on the hills overlooking Sarlat and within the town boundary at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The main rooms of the house face south, looking down over the valleys with superb views over the patio, past the swimming pool and out to successive ridges of hills with hardly a building in sight. The town centre and railway station are just a few minutes away and there is even a bus stop at the end of the cul-de-sac.
